From our offices in Houston and Seattle, we offer an experienced and efficient legal team that can be deployed on a flexible basis to meet particular legal needs. We both have broad experience with supporting energy business development opportunities, trouble-shooting ongoing operations, and staying on top of project close-outs and dispute resolution.

Our flat organizational structure means that our clients do not pay for overhead related to large numbers of partners and associates, extensive office spaces, or similar costs reflected in large firm rates. We provide a core team of lawyers who can "get the deal done" themselves, and are able to access additional, appropriately experienced lawyers outside of our group "as needed, when needed" for specific projects. Our in-house experience provides us with the background and ability to cooperate with and/or manage other firms when the needs of the assignment so require.
