In our view, many contentious construction matters can and should be resolved early on, before the parties become entrenched in the dispute. We find that this frequently can be efficiently accomplished through a focused effort of in-house technical expertise augmented as needed with select additional resources from the outside. We are comfortable working with the larger claims consultancies, and also have a network of scheduling and damages experts who are particularly skilled in the power plant construction arena.
